- Click on the 'Locate My Vehicle' tab right here on our website.
- Follow the instructions provided on that page.
- You'll be able to view all charges owed, ensuring you're informed about the exact amount due.
Please Note:
- Storage fees are ongoing until the vehicle is physically picked up. Therefore, the amount owed may change daily.
- Additional Towing Services
- Just as you arrive at our office, we can tow your vehicle to a garage or your residence for your convenience.
- Required for Vehicle Pickup:
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Vehicle registration or title that matches the license. Note: Only the registered owner is authorized to pick up the vehicle.
- Accepted payment methods include Cash, Major Credit or Debit Cards, Money Order, or Cashier's Check.
- Keys to the vehicle.
